The Services let users discover, track, and interact with third-party blockchains, wallets, and data. Pulse is not a broker, financial institution, or advisor and does not provide financial advice. You access and use the Services at your own risk.
2. Wallets and Transactions
Transactions are initiated and authorized by you through your non-custodial wallet. Pulse cannot access your private keys, authorize transactions, or move assets on your behalf. Network fees (e.g., gas) may apply.
3. Eligibility and Compliance
You must be of legal age and not subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for complying with all laws related to your use of digital assets.
4. No Investment Advice
Information displayed in the Services, including trending tokens or analytics, is for informational and entertainment purposes and does not constitute investment advice.
5. Fees and Taxes
We may charge a small in-app fee on certain actions. You are responsible for any taxes related to your transactions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including engaging in illegal activity, market manipulation, or attempts to disrupt or circumvent our systems.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., wallets, DEX aggregators). Those services are governed by their own terms. Pulse is not responsible for third-party services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Digital assets are volatile and involve risk. You assume all risk for your use of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
